We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Yes, certain items like discounted products, customized pieces, and select jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These will be clearly marked before purchase.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 days, depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

We offer flat-rate shipping of PKR 250 for up to 1kg nationwide. Orders above 1kg may have additional charges.
